Spearheaded by Jon Fry, Western Risk distils over 15 years of experience into a service that provides clear guidance, balancing the level of risk against the cost of putting it right (a "reasonably practicable approach"). 

Prior to founding Western Risk, Jon worked for an indendent consulting firm, as principal H&S consultant. 

And before this, Jon worked for 11 years at BSW Timber, the UK and latterly Europes largest timber processor, on their National H&S team, overseeing H&S management systems and providing on-site H&S guidance. 

Another key skill learned during this time, was the ability to articulate and communicate with everyone involved in the audit. Defensive site managers, tired workers, ambivilent cleaners, rushed drivers-
